95 percent of funds donated to Minnesota Coalition for Healing will pay for the provision of psychological treatment, medical health support and basic needs for individuals and families who are victims of organized violence and may not be able to heal, live, or survive without the help offered through this type of extra funding.  The training and treatment includes interventions designed to offer healing around: complex trauma and dissociation, post traumatic stress symptoms, burns and electrical injuries, sensory motor challenges, grief, conditioning/programming, political and other types of violence, and parenting.  Additional services in the future may include animal assisted therapy and other health, wellness and spiritual support.  The remaining 5 percent of funds will go to training for clinicians and service providers to meet the needs of our clients.
